To get started, I offer a package of three nutritional consultation sessions to support you in making the changes you need to feel better.
The first session holds space for your story. This session embraces an in-depth review of your current and past health concerns, your medical history and your goals for working with me. Your current diet, your lifestyle, signs and symptoms will all be taken into consideration. Following this consultation, I am putting your individual personal puzzle together to develop a health plan tailored to your needs and goals. This is the foundation of change, because ‘If you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you're going.’ (Terry Pratchett)
Within 1-2 weeks after the first session, we discuss your individualized health plan. I will present you with diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations, meal ideas and recipes based on our first assessment. You will leave with knowledge and practical tips on your hands that help you understand where you’re at and empower you to make healthier and informed decisions on your healing journey. Together, we’ll figure out where you’re going.
Another 2-4 weeks later, the third session serves as a follow-up appointment to assess how you feel with the changes implemented and adjust accordingly. We will deepen your knowledge of nutrition, trauma, and a holistic lifestyle. This follow- up gives you more time and space to ask questions, talk about challenges and find solutions.

Future follow-up appointments can be arranged individually. Follow-ups are a great way to sustain your change. We can set new goals and further adjust your personal health plan. Resources of interest, individualized recipes, and meal ideas can be requested in advance.
